Data analysis

Current inventory data

Read current WMS stock, warehouse summaries, and demand estimates.

Inventory analysis starts with connected WMS current stock and combines historical demand when needed. Complete WMS setup, goods synchronization, and warehouse mapping, then specify accounts, warehouses, or Shops.

All tables contain fictional sample data, not real stock. Detail and warehouse summaries use the same example. Sales velocity and stock coverage require order data; they are not native WMS stock fields.

#Current WMS stock detail

Find available goods by warehouse and source SKU. A row is a current WMS account × warehouse × source SKU record, with account labels, warehouse identity, product, seller SKU, retrieval time, and provider-supported available, locked, in-transit, total, or unavailable quantities.

Query current US warehouse stock with account, warehouse, source SKU, and retrieval time. Leave unavailable fields blank and do not count shared warehouses once per Shop.

#Sample raw detail

All quantities below were retrieved at 2026-10-21 17:00 UTC. A dash means not supplied, not zero.

CB-GRAY has zero available but ten in transit. Those quantities are not interchangeable. Providers differ: do not assume total stock always equals available plus locked, or fill unsupported quantities with zero.

This sums the returned rows, not proof that the warehouse contains only these products. If several Shops share Los Angeles stock, its 20 available units must not be counted again for each Shop. Source SKUs can differ from platform SKUs; retain mapping checks and unmatched records.

#Combine stock with demand

Match Los Angeles stock with 30-day SKU sales, estimate coverage, and list unmapped or missing data. Recommend replenishment without creating orders.

SKU and warehouseCurrent available30-day average daily unitsEstimated coverage daysNote
CB-BLUE · Los Angeles20210Excludes inbound arrival timing
CB-GRAY · Los Angeles0——No usable sales match

The first estimate, 20 ÷ 2 = 10 days, is not a provider guarantee. Demand changes, inbound timing, and shared-Shop consumption matter. Row two is not a complete “zero days” conclusion because demand data is also missing.

Current stock cannot become a historical snapshot for a day last month. Preserve retrieval time and actual returned scope when saving a check. See Inventory action boundaries: a recommendation does not mean a warehouse dispatch or replenishment order was created.
