Creators & relationship detail
Use the relationship directory, six detail tabs, and side inspector for ownership, notes, tags, and cross-Shop progress.
#The Creator library is a relationship workspace
Open Affiliate → Creators to work with Creator relationships across Shops, not a flat address book. Authorized Shops are available here without requiring Agent service to be enabled. Choose a Shop scope, then narrow the list with search, manual tags, system tags, Cooperation progress, and the Needs Attention filter.
Opening a Creator brings current work, communication history, Sample Applications, platform Collaborations, Creator profile, and action history into one relationship view. Use the all-Shop view to understand the overall relationship and a single-Shop view for execution on one Shop. Do not treat cross-Shop information as the operating state of one Shop.
The responsible BD belongs to the seller-wide Creator relationship. Even when the same Creator appears in multiple Shops or Campaigns, the relationship has one responsible BD. A Campaign invitation alone does not create ownership; assignment begins after an inbound message or Sample Application under the automatic assignment rules in Team & Channels.
With an individual BD login, filter by All, Public creators, or a specific BD within assigned regions. Daily work is permitted for own/public Creators; a colleague's detail is read-only. Account owners and supervisors retain whole-team access and reassignment. See the Team & Channels permission table.

#Creator detail: the six business tabs
Click a Creator card to open the detail modal without leaving the directory. The six main business tabs are separate from the side inspector's Overview, Contacts, and Management.

#Current work
Inspect this Creator's current work, pending actions, and context. Expand Proposal history and load more when needed. Start with what is blocking this relationship, then verify messages, Samples, or Collaborations. No current work does not mean no history.
When an AI action spans multiple Shops but you are viewing one Shop, return to the global view when prompted before inspecting the full action. Do not decide from partial context. See Agent Workbench for review and Escalation handling.
#Communication
Read available platform chat, WhatsApp, and Email records, distinguishing Creator, Agent, and staff messages. Scroll upward or load older messages; the loaded count is not a promise of complete history.
WhatsApp and Email can remain seller-wide shared communication even in a single-Shop view. Do not assume every message concerns only that Shop. Confirm Shop, channel, and contact before replying. See Manual Workbench for attachments, Email, and sending errors.

#Sample Applications
Inspect applications, Products, platform review states, staff decisions and notes, order IDs, shipping, delivery, and content fulfillment. Where platform state and permissions allow, approve, reject, or ignore an application; reopen an ignored one before its platform deadline. See Manual Workbench for those differences.
An application, a Sample order, and content fulfillment are distinct. No order ID exists before an order is created. Delivery does not prove content was published; publication does not prove attributed sales.
#Platform collaborations
Check this Creator's related platform Collaborations, distinguishing membership of a Target Collaboration from an Open Collaboration referenced by an application. This tab supplies context. Creating, editing commissions or Sample rules, and removing platform Collaborations are covered in Platform Collaborations.
#Creator profile
Inspect TikTok profile and currently available performance: followers, GMV, video/live sales, average video views, engagement, and Sample-to-post rate. Market, source, update time, freshness, and refresh controls help qualify the figures. Available metrics depend on the platform response.
APP CAPTUREEnglish light-theme Creator profile with performance, freshness, and source details.
Check market, period, precise-data authorization, and freshness before comparing. Missing is not zero; a range is not an exact value; Sample-to-post rate is not parcel delivery. Current profile data is not the application-time snapshot. Use Analytics when reviewing historical decisions.
#Action history
Trace Creator actions, system records, and staff/Agent business operations, including messages, Samples, reviews, and tags. Load older entries when necessary. Elapsed-time markers explain gaps between visible events; they do not prove that no events exist outside the selected scope.
The responsible BD, actual operator, reviewer, and message sender may differ. Use each record's actual actor for handoff and audit.
#Side inspector: Overview, Contacts, and Management
- Overview: identity summary, current work counts, Shop-specific progress, and recent interactions.
- Contacts: check the Creator's channel contacts. They are not the BD's own WhatsApp/Email sender accounts.
- Management: change BD ownership, protection, seller note, and tags as permitted. These are seller-wide relationship settings, not Shop-private configuration just because a Shop is selected.
The seller note holds long-term agreements, wording restrictions, or handoff context, up to 5,000 characters. Record a one-off review reason on the action itself. Read the confirmation before changing ownership or protection and check unfinished work. A BD cannot arbitrarily reassign a colleague's relationship.
With editing permission, enter the Creator's Email or WhatsApp phone under Contacts, save, and check the availability indicators. Supplying a recipient address does not connect a BD sender mailbox; connect sender accounts through Team & Channels.

#Claim, return, and hand off a relationship
A public Creator currently has no responsible BD. Open an unprotected public Creator and select Claim for myself in Management. You cannot claim a colleague's Creator; protected public Creators require supervisor assignment. The current owner or a supervisor may Return to public pool. See Public Creators for steps, protection restrictions, and existing-work handoff.
A claim does not remove protection, and returning a Creator does not transfer social accounts. Existing messages, contacts, and review Proposals can still refer to the previous owner. Check those records during handoff. Changing a list filter does not change ownership.
#Tags, tiers, and the human boundary
- Manual tags support the team’s own organization and working conventions.
- System tags are fixed business controls. The current No Campaign Disturb tag blocks new automatic outreach, not normal communication or AI handling.
- Cooperation progress distinguishes shipment, delivery, content fulfillment, and attributed-order milestones.
- Needs Attention isolates relationships with current work or an exception.
#Find recent business activity with cooperation progress
The current interface uses Cooperation progress with an exact match to the current highest stage, not “ever reached this stage or higher.” The stages are Shipped, Delivered, Fulfilled, and Attributed order; missing progress is not the first stage. Select one stage at a time; select it again to clear. Shipped, Delivered, and Fulfilled stages sort Creators by their latest corresponding business timestamp, newest first, with unknown times last. Shop selection does not change that sorting timestamp. A single-Shop view also offers a Shop-specific progress filter.
For recent deliveries, select the delivered stage and inspect the Sample's tracking, delivery, and communication. Sample content fulfillment differs from parcel delivery.
Manual and system tags support multi-selection with Any or All matching. Needs attention only narrows results; it does not change the BD, protection, or Approval Policy. See Tags & business controls for management steps and boundaries.
#Maintain a Creator book in Excel
Account owners and supervisors can use Export filtered Creators, edit the file, and import it in Team & Channels. Prefer BD only for staff handoffs. Use All template fields only when protection and tags must change as well, checking what empty cells clear. See Bulk import and manual maintenance.
#Inspect Sample fulfillment and shipping
The Creator detail's Samples section shows decisions, order IDs, and shipment/delivery facts. The shipping view shows shipping status, last checked time, latest tracking event, and an expandable newest-first event history.
Samples awaiting shipment or in transit can show Tracking unchanged for 5+ days or Shipped 5+ days ago; no tracking updates. The first refers to an old latest event; the second to a confirmed shipment without events. Neither confirms a lost parcel. Check current tracking and the carrier before contacting the Creator, coordinating with a warehouse, or manually arranging a replacement. Delivered, completed, and cancelled orders no longer show these stalled-transit warnings.
APP CAPTUREThe English light-theme Sample shipping detail with order state, last checked time, a stalled-shipment warning, and expandable tracking events.
Update Desktop if shipping or Cooperation progress controls are missing. Missing synced tracking alone does not establish that a parcel has not shipped.
If AI must not take over a Creator, configure protection or BD ownership in Team & Channels. Filters in the Creator library do not change the AI boundary; Safety Policies, BD operating mode, and Creator protection do.
#Manage business relationships in Collaboration History
See the separate Platform Collaborations chapter for Open/Target creation, Sample rules, full-state editing, Shop-wide settings, and removal. These are neither BD assignment rules nor Campaigns.
#Recommended sequence
- Find the Creator and confirm the relationship scope.
- Inspect current work and communication to classify the issue as message, Sample, or Collaboration.
- Confirm platform facts in the Samples or Collaborations tab.
- Use Collaboration History for long-lived relationship changes.
- Return to the Workbench for a human decision instead of deciding from history alone.
