Shop SPS data

Explore overview, metrics, diagnosis, and related items.

Authorized US Shops have four SPS sources: current overview, metrics, single-metric diagnosis, and related items. Start broad and investigate one abnormal metric rather than opening every diagnosis. See Shop performance for the interface.

All tables, scores, and thresholds are fictional sample data, not official standards, real scores, or fixed promises. Actual thresholds, evaluation windows, and units follow current platform responses. SPS is a current query, potentially served from recent cache—not an arbitrary historical score warehouse.

#Current SPS overview

Prioritize Shops needing attention. Each row is one Shop's current overview, with score, tier, peer context, evaluation window, top issues, benefits, and source update time.

Check current SPS for these two US Shops, including top issues and retrieval time. Do not assign blame to an employee without evidence.

Two observations at the same time do not imply identical histories. Interpret scores and tiers using platform definitions. Tier descriptions here are illustrative, not new platform rating rules.

#Current SPS metrics

Identify the underlying issue. A row is one current metric for a Shop, including dimension, name, status, unit, value, score, excellent/poor thresholds, and top reason.

Expand Brightloom US metrics with units and platform thresholds. Distinguish metrics where lower is better from those where higher is better.

On-time delivery rate98.00%4.4099.00%90.00%Generally higher is better

These illustrate units and direction, not official thresholds. Percent-unit SPS metric values use a 0–100 scale: 1.20 must not become 120%. Some related-item delivery rates instead use 0–1 ratios. Read each column's unit.

#Single-metric diagnosis

Examine changes and calculation inputs for one selected metric at a time. Platform responses can include up to 90 days of trend points, current thresholds, explanations, and numerator/denominator values. Keep trend date separate from retrieval time.

Diagnose negative review rate only, with trend points, numerator, denominator, and reasons. Do not present a single-metric trend as daily historical overall SPS.

Trend windows can overlap; do not sum three daily numerators as independent order populations. Do not invent scores for missing dates. Cross-check diagnosis text against order, review, and aftersales evidence.

Find products, logistics providers, or aftersales types worth investigating. Each row is a current related item under the selected metric. Fields vary: product, carrier, aftersales type, relevant order counts, handling hours, or delivery rate.

Inspect products related to negative review rate with delivered and negative-order counts. Compare original reviews; do not treat response position as an official impact ranking.

1Negative review rateCloud Blanket5008Color expectations
2Negative review rateBedside Lamp5004Packaging damage

Positions one and two indicate response order, not official responsibility rankings. Other metrics can return carriers or aftersales types instead of products. Do not force them into a product table or add order counts across unrelated metrics.

Return to Business data. Investigate with reviews, aftersales, and Customer Service data.
